- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to support HR initiatives and decision-making.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
- Coordinate employee orientation sessions and ensure new hires are properly onboarded.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement change management strategies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Assist in organizing employee training and development programs.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist with two-three years expericene or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Paylocity, Workday, UltiPro, SAP, Taleo, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with data collection and analysis for reporting purposes.
- Familiarity with performance management processes.
- Knowledge of change management principles is a plus.
